That covers moisture testing on slabs (a real concern this close to the coast), subfloor leveling, remove the quarter round and replace with new, full haul-away of your existing floor, and clean transitions into adjacent rooms. We protect the rest of the house with floor runners and dust containment, and we sweep up at the end of every workday.
