Todd runs the Charleston store the way the company has always been run: buy well, stock deep and treat every customer like a neighbour. He is on the sales floor most days, and he is the person who makes sure a job that goes sideways gets put right.

Who you will work with
Our design consultants live in the samples. They will match colour and texture to your light, your furniture and your budget, pull the pieces you like into one board, and send you home with samples so you can see them in your own rooms before you commit.
Every job is measured in your home, not estimated off a floor plan. Your project manager checks subfloor, moisture and transitions, prices the whole job - materials, prep, trim and haul-away - and stays your point of contact until the last plank is down.
Our installers are part of the company, not a rotating list of sub-contractors. They are trained on the products we stock, they show up when we say they will, and they leave your home clean and ready to live in the same day they finish.
